A lot of people have been asking me about my workout routine. I’ve always enjoyed being active, but I’m working on strengthening the good ol’ pipes. With Shawn being in such good shape AND a personal trainer, I’m feeling a bit more motivated to get the ball rolling with a fitness routine that I’ll stick to.
Well…I’ve found it!
Have to give a huge shout-out to Aaron from MOVEMENT108, who gave me a quick, super effective routine to help me feel stronger and leaner in as little amount of time as possible. Definitely had me feeling ready for when I FINALLY got to see Shawn again.
